How far in advance should I book my event?

For weddings and large events in Maryland, we recommend booking your caterer at least six to nine months in advance — especially for peak wedding season dates in May, June, September, and October, which fill quickly throughout the Baltimore–Washington area. We don't have a minimum guest count, but we do have a $5,000 minimum spend for full-service catering events in Maryland. For smaller events or clients working within a tighter budget, we offer delivery and limited-staff options that can bring our food and service to your event at a more accessible price point. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner of 15 or a Maryland wedding reception of 250, we have a service level designed to fit your needs.
